360-358 part 2

So finally getting to the last few days.

Wed
Food: 1699 calories.
Exercise: Swam 1100 yards and played polo for about 20 minutes.  The problem is after water polo and swimming, I am DEAD!  Literally so tired I can barely get home.  Plus I get extra starving afterward.
Water:  Did badly with water.  Got in about 25oz which is better than nothing I guess.

Thursday:
Thursday started out very well, but by the time 6pm hit I still hadn't worked out, Rich wanted to have a few cocktails and I wanted texas toast.  So I decided to take a break and wipe out Thursday.  It was fun and nice to not worry about it all.  I did still keep a log, so I could still look at my overall calories for the week.

Friday:
Food: 1717 Calories
Exercise:  I walked 3.30 miles which was a bit hard for some reason.  My back was hurting and my hips weren't very happy with me either.  But I exercised!
Water: 40oz

Overall: 
 I have been eating breakfast each morning so that's a happy new habit.  Exercising still is hard for me.  I usually have to force myself to get up and get going.
