362... and 361

So yesterday I was too tired to post about my day, so I thought I'd include it in my day today.

First off it was so much fun to play polo again and see my friend that I've missed.  Second off.... I am fat, lazy and outta shape!  Man I feel like I still haven't recovered even after 24 hours!

July 19th

Food: 1049 calories. But I ate a cookie for breakfast... not very healthy
Water: 40 oz
Exercise:  Burned off 17,000,000 calories.  Or at least it felt like it.  According to my Loseit  app, I burned 892 calories between the swimming and the water polo.  Who knows, but I like the way it thinks.  All I know is that I'm tired and a bit sore still.

July 20th
Food: 1538 calories.  Ate breakfast, lunch AND dinner today!
Water: 30 oz
Exercise:   Little over 1/2 a mile.  While this isn't the greatest, I am proud I actually went considering how much I didn't want to go and how tired I am overall.  Just gotta keep it up everyday... get in that habit!

Goals: 
Swim a full mile tomorrow, and in the same amount of time as it took me for the .85 miles monday. 

Pass and shoot but DON'T play water polo.  I don't want to be out of commission again for another day.  Take is slowly

Eat breakfast and a good lunch and dinner.

Go to bed earlier (starting with tonight!)

You should still come to the Peacock afterwards! You can even have water (with lemon! How fancy...or indulge...hehe). I just want your marvelous company since you were gone by the time I was out of the pool on Monday. :( I'm proud of all of the hard work you're doing--it's not easy! *hugs*
