
Food: 1738 calories. A bit over my goal, but only by almost 40 calories, so I'm not upset.
Exercise: GREAT! 3.72 miles. Was tired, but not horribly so. I probably could have pushed it to 4 miles.
Water: 50 oz
Goals for tomorrow:
Exercise for at least 30 minutes.
Eat breakfast
Drink more water
Don't fight with mom!
